JULY-DIARY
Counter
Hi, here are  a few photos
of the last few days I got
out, the sun was shining
and it was very warm ,a
good time to catch a few
shots of butterflies, and a
lot of young fledglings
about just now. Also a walk
on the racecourse
produced some interesting
shots, I took a walk around
Colburn lakes to check up
on the swans this year and
to my surprise there was
the biggest clutch of
signets 9 in all
this year a heron nested in
the tall trees near the
lakes but was too far away
to get a decent shot.
Another day on the
Racecourse, 31 July, with
some good shots of
bumble bee and the best
shot I think was the Small
copper on Napweed in
spite of the wind.
